About the project
A cleaner who was in the building the night of a fire has kept quiet about what they witnessed. Now, an investigator is asking questions at the corner store, and speaking up could expose a secret of their own. This untitled thriller vertical series shoots in Queens.
Roles
- Hannah — Lead · Female · 24-31 · $375 per episode
Hannah is the cleaner. Ordinary, careful, and lying by omission from the first scene. Callbacks will pair Hannah with Dylan.
- Dylan — Supporting · Male · 30-40 · $350 per episode
Dylan — the investigator: knows more than he asks. Patient and never raises his voice.
- Kayla — Supporting · Female · 18-24 · $350 per episode
Kayla is the second witness. She shows up at the corner store acting friendly, but her intentions are anything but innocent. She keeps the tension subtle, letting it build through small gestures and seemingly casual interactions.
- Melissa — Day Player · Female · 38-52 · $275 per episode
Melissa is a family member who asks the lead one direct question and accepts the answer without pushing further. She appears in just one scene, but the exchange carries real emotional weight. Before the read, consider what a family member might notice that others overlook.
