About the project
An experimental supernatural comedy about a small team of ordinary people who investigate strange disturbances in apartment buildings across New York City. When they discover that some of the buildings are haunted by spirits tied to forgotten events, their investigation becomes a dangerous attempt to uncover what the living have tried to hide.
Roles
- Fernando Rockwood — Supporting · Male · 28-35 · $150/day
A former stage magician who now performs at private events. Fernando claims he can identify supernatural activity through tricks that seem impossible even when examined closely. Charismatic, manipulative, and difficult to trust, he offers the team a method of capturing entities that may be more dangerous than the entities themselves.
- Henry Fenwick — Lead · Male · 30–40 · $175/day
A former building inspector who becomes obsessed with unexplained reports from apartment tenants. Intelligent, skeptical, and stubborn, Henry takes the investigation seriously even when everyone around him thinks he has lost his mind. Requires strong comedic timing and the ability to carry dramatic scenes.
- Dr. Helen Price — Supporting · Female · 35–50 · $150/day
A university researcher who studies mass hallucinations and unexplained group behavior. When the investigation leads to her laboratory, Helen agrees to conduct a controlled experiment. Her scientific approach begins to collapse when the results reveal information that nobody in the room could possibly know.
- Brandi Throne — Lead · Female · 25–35 · $175/day
A sound technician who discovers that certain audio frequencies can reveal the presence of invisible entities. Practical, sharp, and independent, Brandi becomes the team’s most valuable member. Requires natural dialogue delivery and the ability to convey tension without relying on exaggerated reactions.
